WorkNinja (“WorkNinja”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use the WorkNinja mobile application and related services.

• Images captured using your device camera for app workflows (for example, job documentation or profile images)

• Coarse and fine location data (when enabled) for location-based features such as maps, job location context, and related workflows

• Basic app activity needed for security, support, and reliability

• When you pay invoices or process payments in the app, payment-related information is collected, including billing name, billing address, card brand, last four digits of the card, and transaction details.
• Please note: We do not store or host full credit/debit card details on our servers. All card and payment credentials are sent directly to and processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
4) Android permissions used
WorkNinja may request the following permissions where needed:
• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA) – to capture photos in-app
• Media/storage permissions – to choose and upload images/documents
• Location permissions – to provide map/location-related features
• Internet permission – to connect to WorkNinja services
You can control these permissions in your device settings.

12) Account & Data Deletion
To request deletion of your WorkNinja account and associated data, follow these steps:
- Open theWorkNinja app
- Tap your profile icon to go to Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and tap”Request account deletion”
- Your email app will open with a pre-filled email — tapSend
- Alternatively, you can email us directly at developers@righthook.co.uk with the subject line “Delete WorkNinja Account” and include your name and registered email address.
What gets deleted:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Any data associated with your account
- Retention: Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for backup and legal compliance purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
- Requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
13) International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own.
Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers in line with applicable law.
